WILLIAM LANG BUNKER
March 5, 1890 to December 13, 1979

William Lang Bunker of Delta, died at his home Dec. 13, 1979. He was  born March 5, 
1890 at Annabell, Utah, to William Edward Bunker and Sarah Vilate Burgess.
He married Maida June Wright June 9, 1909 in the Salt Lake LDS Templs, she died Nov. 
21, 1917; then married Ida Morris, Dec. 26, 1918 in Preston, Idaho. Solomized in the 
Manti Temple. Came to the West Millard area in 1907, lived in the Sutherland area 63
years and moved to Delat City in 1969. 
He was active in the LDS church, was a farmer, operating his farm until after he was 
past 80 years old.

Bolster, Antiock, Calif.; Della Rock, Corona, Calif.; Mrs. Wayne (Thora) Petersen, 
Hinckley; Mrs. Vaughn (Vera) Paxman, Nephi; Mrs. DuWayne (Beth) Kimber, Ogden; Mrs. 
Morris (Betty) Parker, Mesa, Ariz.; Mrs. Boyd (LeuWanna) Beagley, West Bountiful, 
Utah 46 grand-children, 100 great-grandchildren, 27 great-great-grandchildren. Bro,
Owen; Sisters, Mrs. Irvin (Grace) Petersen; Mrs. Allen (Dorothy) Baker; Mrs. Jetta 
Hepworth, all of Salt Lake City.
Services were held Saturday, De. 15, 1979 at the Delta 3-4 Ward Chapel. Bishop Joseph 
Barney officiating. Family prayer by Harold R. Morris; Prelude music, Rayma Brush.
