DELTA, Millard County - Ferrell Keith Walker, 64, died of an apparent heart attack 
July 13, 1979, at home. Born Jan. 10, 1915, to Winslow Roper and Josephine Bunker
Walker. Married Hazel Lovell Nov. 24, 1939, in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Served British 
mission 1935-1937. Served as bishop of Sutherland LDS Ward. Schoolteacher in Oak City 
and Delta. Principal of Delta Junior High School and vice-principal of Delta High 
School. Farmer and store operator in Sutherland area.
Survivors: two daughters, Linda Twitchell, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Neil (Venna) Haynes, 
Kanab, Kane County; four granchildren, Stacie and Kathy Twitchell, Kim and Richard 
Haynes; four brothers and two sisters, William L. and John Q., both of Murray; Walter
Roger and Gene A., both of Delta; Mrs. Charles (Winifred) Williams, Kanosh; Mrs. 
Melvin (Marylyn) Church, Delta. 
Funeral Tuesday 11 a.m. Sutherland LDS Ward Chapel, Friends may call Nickle Mortuary 
7:30-9 p.m. Monday and at the church Tuesday 10-11 a.m. Burial, Sutherland Cemetery.
